Мне нужно указать имена файлов и сохранить их в виде текстового файла!

То, что я есть, я использовал следующие дос команды

x:\xyz> dir *.* > files.txt 

, что это делает, что он хранит имена файлов, находящихся в каталоге АБВ, а также размер, дату и время файлов !

Как получить только имена файлов?

dir /? покажет вам документацию о том, что вы можете сделать с помощью команды dir. Вот выход из моей Windows 7 машины:

Switches may be preset in the DIRCMD environment variable. Override 
preset switches by prefixing any switch with - (hyphen)--for example, /-W.
