Я один из разработчиков BigBlueButton. Вы уже установили пакет заглушек для OpenOffice.

BigBlueButton имеет зависимость от OpenOffice, но следующее (взятое из документации) установит страницу-заглушку, чтобы она не оставила остальную часть кода OpenOffice.

wget http://bigbluebutton.googlecode.com/files/openoffice.org_1.0.4_all.deb 
sudo dpkg -i openoffice.org_1.0.4_all.deb 

Кроме того, вы можете проверить, установлен ли у вас OpenOffice.

dpkg -l | grep office
