Cocoapods не позволяет пользователям указывать ветку с синтаксисом s.dependency.

Решения:

  • Задать вопрос автору официально освободить swift/3.0 филиал
  • Или вы можете поместить следующую строку в Podfile, где частный стручок используется pod 'SwiftState', :git=> 'https://github.com/ReactKit/SwiftState.git', :branch => 'swift/3.0'
