Entity Framework Update-Database не работает локально

Question

На моей машине dev у меня есть проект ASP MVC с настройкой Entity Framework. После обновления моей модели, когда я бегу:

PM> Update-Database -ProjectName Crush3.Admin 

Я получаю сообщение об ошибке:

The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)

Я попробовал несколько вещей, и поиски не увенчались успехом. Кто-нибудь знает, как обойти это? Лучше всего предположить, что строка подключения в Web.config не используется, но я не могу найти другую в своих локальных файлах, которая ее переопределяет. Решение было установить проект ASP MVC в качестве запуска проекта.
