CSC: ошибка CS0006: файл метаданных не найден при генерации пакетов UWP с использованием Jenkins

Question

Я следую за этим blog, чтобы автоматизировать создание пакетов приложений с помощью Jenkins для приложений Windows 10. Позже я буду использовать то же самое для приложений Windows 8.1. Но я застреваю при создании пакетов и дает следующую ошибку в консоли Jenkins.

FYI: Я могу создавать пакеты, как правило, из Visual Studio.

В Дженкинс моя команда Windows, пакетная:
