Я не смог исправить проблемы совместимости IE 7 и 8, которые у меня возникают с моим кодом CSS.Позиционирование CSS в Internet Explorer

В IE, заголовок ушел, тень коробка, которые должны выделить текст (в отдельных страницах) ушла, расстояние между ужасно, футер смещен и т.д.
