таблица html не установлена. вопросы выравнивания

У меня есть html-таблица, которая не настроена так, как я хочу. Ниже приведен код для таблицы html.

Текст в таблице td «Место проведения» и «Сроки» очень далеко от их следующего td. Я хочу, чтобы они закрылись и сосредоточились.
