не может загружать файлы на ftp asp.net

Question

У меня проблема с созданием файлов на ftp с производственного сервера. Следующий код работает отлично на моем сервере разработки, но когда я двигаю свой код на сервере производства на месте, где я купил хостинг это дает ошибку
