Вы используете android.support.v4.app.ActionBarDrawerToggle вместо android.support.v7.app.ActionBarDrawerToggle.

android.support.v4.app.ActionBarDrawerToggle устарел, поэтому используйте новый ActionBarDrawerToggle путем импорта android.support.v7.app.ActionBarDrawerToggle.
