Если вам нужно настроить имена, порты и местоположения, проще всего настроить переменные среды в диалоговом окне Windows: Пуск> Настройка> Панель управления> Система> Дополнительно> Переменные среды.

Создайте или отредактируйте имя и значение системной переменной.

Чтобы изменения среды вступили в силу для Windows, необходимо перезагрузить службу. Недостаточно перезапустить службу. Это можно сделать с помощью установщика или в командной строке с правами администратора:

Для какого пользователя вы пытаетесь, попробуйте гость как имя пользователя и пароль, потому что по умолчанию с гостевым именем пользователя доступно в localhost или создайте собственного пользователя и добавьте его с помощью виртуального хоста и предоставить все разрешения.
