Сотрудник смог создать прокси с помощью Apache Axis без проблем.сбой ссылки на службу: Не удается подключиться к удаленному серверу
К сожалению, у меня есть только доступ к VS 2012 Express для настольных компьютеров.

If the service is defined in the current solution, try building the solution and adding the service reference again.
