Как снять «Настройка дневного света ...» с помощью SetTimeZoneInformation?

Мне удалось изменить TimeZone и дневное время в Windows с помощью SetTimeZoneInformation, но даже при установке wMonth на 0 установлен флажок в поле datetime.cpl.
