Так что меня смущает, что библиотека четко построена, так почему Azure возникла проблема размещения его на своих серверах? Я ищу решение, а не просто «вот почему». Я действительно не знал, где искать исправление по причине, мне нужно руководствоваться этим.

У меня также была проблема с тем, что Azure не смог развернуть модуль узла, который анализирует Excel. Я получил аналогичную ошибку о libxmljs, от которой зависит модуль Excel. Удаление «node_modules» из моего .gitignore (таким образом, включая папку в моем git), нажатие на Github и возможность создания Azure из GH сделали трюк. –
