ошибки PHP обычно точно сказать, какой файл и номер строки, который вызвал ошибку. Поэтому для этого вам необходимо обратиться к своему серверному журналу. Что касается «объекта не найденной ошибки» ~ Я посетил вашу страницу и нажал submit, сообщение под этой ошибкой очень ясно: _ «Запрошенный URL-адрес не найден на этом сервере». Похоже, вы пытаетесь отправьте форму на плохой URL. – Sparky
Моим скромным советом для вас было бы прочитать [полное руководство пользователя CodeIgniter] (http://www.codeigniter.com/user_guide/) и не пропустить выполнение включенных образцов и упражнений.
