получение исключения IO при получении адреса

Question

Я использую код для получения адреса. Но он отлично работает при отображении широты и долготы. Я на самом деле хочу обратиться от него, который я не получаю от владение.Ел кого-то есть хорошее предложение, пожалуйста .. Я использую следующий код:
