Как отправить почту нескольким пользователям в php?

У меня в настоящее время проблема отправки почты нескольким пользователям в php, я могу отправить одному пользователю за раз, но функция почты отправляет почту только первому пользователю и не отправляет почту на второй разделяется запятой в переменной $to.Как отправить почту нескольким пользователям в php?
