postgres:///zacks-pc\zack holbrook 

Это выглядит как вид URL-адрес Postgres использовать для идентификации базы данных, но сочетание прямой и обратной косой черты (/ против) выглядит странно для меня. Посмотрите на конфигурацию своей базы данных, это, вероятно, происходит оттуда.
