Produce PDF из Rmarkdown

У меня были подобные проблемы раньше. Попробуйте запустить devtools::install_github("rstudio/rmarkdown") Это сработало для меня. Если у вас нет devtools, вам необходимо запустить это:

install.packages("devtools") 
library(devtools).
