1. нажмите кнопку Пуск, выберите пункт Выполнить, введите команду gpedit.msc и нажмите кнопку ОК.

2. Развернуть локальную политику компьютера, разверните узел Конфигурация компьютера, разверните Windows Настройки, разверните Параметры безопасности, разверните Локальные политики и нажмите «Назначение прав пользователя».

3. Дважды нажмите «Войти в качестве пакетного задания», нажмите «Добавить пользователя или группу», введите имя учетной записи службы и нажмите «ОК» два раза.

4. Дважды щелкните «Войти в качестве службы», нажмите «Добавить пользователя или группу», введите имя учетной записи службы и нажмите «ОК» два раза.
