Ошибка сборки AOSP: EXECUTABLES/iw_intermediates/version.c

Question

Я создал AOSP build 7.1.1 пару дней назад, и он работает хорошо. Сегодня я решил сделать чистую сборку (make clean) и начать работать над ней. После этого, когда я пытаюсь скомпилировать make otapackage через некоторое время, это дает мне ошибку ниже.

Ошибка при попытке проверить номер версии git. Внутри внешнего/IW/version.sh, он терпит неудачу, когда он получает:

У меня была такая же проблема, и есть два пути об этом:

1. You can comment out everything except v="$VERSION" and the last two echo lines.But this is a temporary fix.

2. Another way to solve this is by doing a repo sync before you execute make. I fixed it by simply doing a repo sync and that updated and fixed everything for me.
