Ошибка проверки ASP.NET MVC: поле <field> не требуется

Question

У меня есть проект ASP.Net MVC, созданный с помощью Visual Studio 2015. Я использую по умолчанию реализацию vs2015 Identity для аутентификации. Проект отлично работает в локальном режиме отладки с помощью IIS Express, но после развертывания проекта на сервере с IIS проверка MVC работает некорректно. например, когда я представляю Войти форму:

Как вы видите, форма заполняется данными и оно не пусто (если один из необходимости поля формы пустые, форма никогда не будет отправлена).

Это не связано с JavaScript. Я отключил js и повторно отправил форму и получил ту же ошибку. Я что-то пропустил?
