проблема с RowCommand в GridView

Question

имеет эту странную проблему с первым щелчком элемента строки в gridview, где он не срабатывает. Я динамически загружаю пользовательский элемент управления в местозаполнитель. После первого щелчка не удастся, последующие щелчки будут точными, и произойдет событие RowCommand.
