Я попытался использовать все три класса css ниже, и ни один из них не удаляет фон.

фона устанавливается на родительский элемент .dashBackgroundColor, вот почему. – Stickers

Ваш вопрос непонятен, фон в любом случае не является унаследованным. – Stickers
