Question

Но после загрузки я получил эту ошибку:

Integrated Security=True 

в вашем строка подключения.

Если это определено, приложение будет использовать учетные данные Windows (который является хостом) для подключения к базе данных, даже если вы уже определили идентификатор пользователя и пароль.

Я думаю, что строка подключения была переопределена, когда вы скопировали новую версию веб-сайта на сервере. Проверьте строку подключения в файле web.config и посмотрите, действительно ли она или нет.
