После установки 32-разрядного Sql Server 2008 я попытался настроить его для обеспечения удаленного доступа. Поэтому я открыл sscm (менеджер конфигурации сервера sql), чтобы настроить протоколы для включения. Я не нашел протокол по конфигурации Sql Server Network ...

похоже, что вы установили версию, которая не совместима с целевой ОС, например, предприятие на 7 !? но, возможно, это помогло бы, что позволяет протокол TCP и удаленное подключение с помощью T-SQL
