Для того, чтобы этот пример работает, вы должны быть уверены в том, что каждый работник имеет уникальный идентификатор.

В качестве примера, я удалил

ZHelper.setId (worker); // Set a printable identity 

и добавить конструктор к классу Worker с workerId строки.
