Я использую Eclipse, Maven 4.3.0, 3.1, Spring, Hibernate 3.2.4.RELEASE 4.1.0.Final, JBoss EAP 6.1 в автономной конфигурации.

Замечание о конфигурации, у вас есть 2 диспетчера-сервлета, загружающих ту же конфигурацию. Зачем? Почему бы просто не иметь 2 сопоставления с одним сервлетом, экономит ваши ресурсы. –
