FragmentTabHost Горизонтальные Scrollview + Размах Android

Я просмотрел следующий вопрос

FragmentTabHost with horizontal scroll и до сих пор не удалось получить прокруткой горизонтальные вкладки в андроида. Все вкладки придерживаются друг друга.

onCreateView метод моего фрагмента

Использование ViewPager было бы решением.
