Никто не должен делать, кроме как положить этот файл в libraries директории и теперь ваши << и >> ссылки всегда покажет, даже вы можете изменить его в конфигурации, как обычная конфигурация
Просто обратите внимание, что ваши xxx_xxx_close теги должны быть и не
