gcloud init 

Я получаю

PS: Тогда я нашел другой файл https://cloud.google.com/appengine/downloads#Google_App_Engine_SDK_for_Python (кажется чтобы быть одинаковым, но это 40,2 МБ, и тот, который я использовал, был 7,5 МБ)

мне пришлось бежать это:

sudo chown ariel -R /home/ariel/.config/gcloud
