я думаю: В вопросе есть ответ «Вернуться в /Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Profiles/Runtimes и удалять профили там Restart Xcode и он должен работать» Папка библиотеки должна быть скрыта. Пожалуйста, проверьте это –
