рельсы генерируют -h выдает неправильный код

Всякий раз, когда я запускаю rails generate -h или любой из его вариантов (rails g --help или другие), это то, что происходит.

Что здесь происходит? В моей установке рельсов нет ничего особенного, я только что сделал gem install rails и rails new myprojectname, затем побежал rails generate --help и получил выход rails new --help.

После запуска

rails new myprojectname

вы должны перейти в этот каталог

cd myprojectname

Вы должны быть внутри рельсов проектов корневой папки для того, чтобы произвести что-либо внутри него.
