android - удалять элементы списка списка перед перестройкой списка списка

Question

У меня есть вид списка, когда я возвращаюсь и возвращаюсь к своей деятельности, список дублируется. Первый список нужно удалить, чтобы отобразился только один список. Есть идеи???
