не может установить pip mysql-python

Я пытаюсь запустить django/pip/mysql, и я не могу понять, как установить mysql-python. это ошибка я получаю при попытке установить MySQL-питонне может установить pip mysql-python

Googling показывает мне нужно установить питон-DEV, но всякий раз, когда я пытаюсь установить с

sudo apt-get install python-dev

я получаю эту ошибку:

E: Package 'python-dev' has no installation candidate

В настоящее время я использую linux mint 15 RC, и я думаю, что это может быть проблемой ... но я не уверен. Я из идей :(
