Должно быть возможно просто отредактировать строку местоположения файла для учетной записи для добавленного '/' (возможно, вам понадобится использовать «../»).

Пожалуйста, не то, что, не видя своего кода, я не могу подтвердить, что это сработает.

EDIT: просмотр кода, редактирование имени файла переменной, для удаления первого символа '/' должен позволить вам исправить добавленный '/'.
