Почему контрольные суммы отличаются? Это потому, что OpenCV3.0 нужна другая версия ippicv? Я понимаю, что ошибка возникает при загрузке ippicv_linux_20140513.tgz (в третьей стороне, папке ippicv).

Просто следуйте люди для Ubuntu 14.04

ШАГ 1: -

cd opencv-3.0.0-alpha 
mkdir build

cmake -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RELEASE -D CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local -D WITH_TBB=ON -D BUILD_NEW_PYTHON_SUPPORT=ON -D WITH_V4L=ON -D WITH_QT=ON -D WITH_OPENGL=ON .. 

Примечание: Если вы получаете ошибку хэш рассогласования, а затем загрузить файл ippicv_linux_20140513.tgz вручную из SourceForge

После загрузки файла извлеките содержимое в папку ippicv в папке opencv-3.0.0-alpha.

Теперь добавьте опцию -D WITH_IPP = OFF в команду до cmake.

Затем выполните следующие команды:

make -j $(nproc) 
sudo make install 

ШАГ 4: -

Отделочные установки

Теперь некоторые последние штрихи:

sudo /bin/bash -c 'echo "/usr/local/lib" > /etc/ld.so.conf.d/opencv.conf' 
sudo ldconfig 

После завершения процесса выполнения

sudo apt-get update 

а затем перезагрузите систему.

Теперь у вас есть рабочая установка OpenCV.

Просто загрузите проблемный файл самостоятельно здесь: http://sourceforge.net/projects/opencvlibrary/files/3rdparty/ippicv/

Затем поместите этот файл в папку, где он был бы загружен на:

<your opencv build>/3rdparty/ippicv/downloads/<your os and version>

обратите внимание, что имя папки «your os and version» указывает файл yo u нужно скачать из sourceforge.
