Невозможно разрешить пользовательские сообщения проверки в Hibernate + Spring

Question

Я разрабатываю пример интеграции Spring MVC + Hibernate Validator, беря ссылку от https://spring.io/guides/gs/validating-form-input/. Я добавил некоторые сообщения, которые будут решены из файла messages.properties, но ни одно из сообщений не будет устранено и не будет рассмотрено ниже.
