Обычно, чтобы обойти это сообщение об ошибке и войти в MySQL, вы можете отредактировать свой config.inc.php и временно прокомментировать строки для controluser, controlpass и, возможно, pmadb. Я бы этого не сделал, из-за ваших двух конфликтующих серверов MySQL.

Как вы определили, вы установили MySQL через apt и через LAMPP, что вызовет всевозможные трудности, плюс они, вероятно, конфликтуют как с попыткой начать работу на порту 3306. Если у вас есть ценные данные, вы должны экспортировать его, тогда я рекомендую удалить пакет, упакованный в Debian, потому что вы используете весь стек LAMPP, который предназначен для совместной работы. Затем вы можете запустить LAMPP MySQL и попытаться подключиться с phpMyAdmin, я думаю, он будет лучше для вас.
