я решил путем изменения проекта Построить объект из как ActionBarSherlock библиотеки и мои проекты для Android 4.0.3 (API 15).

Вы можете сделать это с помощью Свойства проекта и нажав на Android раздела.

Не забудьте сделать Проект Clean после изменения уровня API.
