Когда я сделал так для проверки питона версии установлен

Похоже, что у меня установлено несколько версий python, которые вызывают проблемы при установке модулей с помощью pip. Даже после установки django manage.py runningerver показывает ошибку относительно неспособности найти django.core что-то. Как решить эту проблему? Пожалуйста помоги!!

питон -v для 'многословен':

-v  : verbose (trace import statements); also PYTHONVERBOSE=x 
     can be supplied multiple times to increase verbosity

python -V даст вам версию. (в верхнем регистре)

Вы используете строчную букву v, что означает подробный, это верхний регистр V для вашей версии.
