moveRowAtIndexPath - Перемещение клеток между секциями

В моем moveRowAtIndexPath я могу перемещаться в определенном разделе; однако он падает, если я пытаюсь переместить его между разделами.

Ваша проблема заключается в том, что вы манипулировали моделью данных, но вы не указали табличное представление об изменениях, которые вы сделали.

Потому что вы называете beginUpdates/endUpdates TableView ожидает некоторые изменения, поэтому после endUpdates он называет numberOfRowsInSection - которая возвращает ответ «3» - но ожидает 2 + 0 (потому что вы не сказали это о новом ряд).
