POM для org.apache.maven.plugins: maven-war-plugin: jar: 3.0 отсутствует, информация о зависимости недоступна

Я получил эту ошибку в своем проекте maven, который я не могу решить.
Как это можно решить?

Я пробовал все возможные вещи с помощью правой кнопкой мыши по проекту.
Обновить проект, загрузить источник, ...).

И у меня есть slf4j-api-1.6.1.jar в настройках Maven.
Почему он не работает при загрузке?

Проблема в том, что нет версии 3.0 плагина maven-war-plugin.

Самая последняя версия maven-war-plugin is 2.6
