У меня есть Theano, работающий нормально на Windows 10 без Поддержка графического процессора. У меня есть новый GTX 1080 и хочу, чтобы на нем работало Anano. Для этого требуется новейший CUDA 8.0 Toolkit от NVIDIA. Я установил все в соответствии с http://deeplearning.net/software/theano/install_windows.html, что позволяет использовать некоторые незначительные различия в версии программного обеспечения.
