CakePHP нет такого файла или каталога

У меня нет знания о PHP, и я пытаюсь установить PHP Web, и он показывает эту ошибку:

Структура файла:

Config/config.php 
     bootstrap.php 
     ... 
webroot/test.php 

Кажется, что он не может найти папку Config там. Что я должен сделать, чтобы заставить его работать?

Проверьте файл index.php и посмотрите, где указывает CAKE_CORE_INCLUDE_PATH ... вам может потребоваться скопировать строку в файл test.php.

ie: define('CAKE_CORE_INCLUDE_PATH', ROOT . DS . 'lib');
